How do I register a new Paypal account with same bank/current account?

"I want to open another Ebay and Paypal account. Unfortunately I have two current accounts that I added to my old Paypal account, and Paypal security never allow these to be used again. Even if the old Paypal account is closed. How do I do it?

I don't want to apply for a 3rd current account at another bank."

as long as you have removed your bank account from your old paypal account you should be able to use it on your new payapl.

I have done this when i have closed my paypal account to open a new one, and never had any trouble with it,

I gave up on Paypal when I was in a similar situation.  

Your best bet would be to get a new card from your bank so that you are giving them a new visa number.  Use a different email address than you did the last time.  Then you'll get past their security and be able to set up a new account.  It wasn't worth it to me--I just quit using paypal.
