How do I register to vote at my university?

I've already registered to vote in my hometown but I don't plan on traveling home on a tuesday. How do I register to vote in my town at college?

You can either get an absentee ballot from you home precinct or change your voting address at the county registrar of voters

In texas it's the same way you would to your home.  The major requirement besides citizenship and all the normals is that you receive mail there.
