How do I reinforce my floor joists for hanging a 100 lb punching bag so it doesn't cause any damage????

Assuming you're putting it in an unfinished basement room, the easiest way is to double up on one of your floor joists, and s***w them together every couple of feet, alternating sides.  One of the better ways to hang things like punching bags are to put a spacer on either side of the joist (assuming I-joists (newer homes), and then use strap iron bolted at the top, bottom and center of the joist, with a fourth bolt slightly lower than the joist, and a shackle to attach to the chain of the thing to be hung.  If you have laminated joists or 2x8's, I wouldn't worry too much about re-enforcement.  One of the most important things is load distribution.  If you're using an I bolt screwed directly into the joist, use one that will thread almost the entire length of of the s***w, and pre-drill so you don't split the wood, and it's a good idea to coat the threads in wood glue right before s******g it in.
