download kaspersky free version from kaspersky home site, scann through and you have eliminated it!

As mentioned SuperAntiSpyware will remove this also MalwareBytes AntiMalware will remove it

If you google the name, it will give you sites that claim to remove it, but will actually just make it worse. Somewhere in the list of results there will be a few websites with full instructions.

Also, download ad-aware (google it), which is the leading antispyware software, free for personal use.

Run ad-aware, follow the instructions, reboot into safe mode and run it again. Reboot into normal mode and try it again.

I've had to remove a variation of this 3 times and in each case it has resulted in a full format and re-installation of windows.

it only works with XP

Delete XP, install Ubuntu.

No problem.
