How do I remove a case in Federal court to the U.S. Supreme Court? It involves an incarcerated consul general

The case is in district court but the Supreme Court has jurisdiction according to the constitution

There are very few cases where the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction and in some of those, jurisdiction is now concurrent with district courts by statute.  In other words, you can file a motion in district court to suggest that original jurisdiction is in the Supreme Court and ONLY in the Supreme Court, but I'm betting you will not be successfull.  The Supreme Court is only likely to hear this case on a petition for writ of certiorari after an Appeals Court considers it.
