Having removed the front wheel you have to look at the tyre, remove the valve, release the compressed air. You need to support the tyre, a circular support that allows the wheel rest on the rim and not the brake disc or the hub. Then break the bead away from the wheel – this can be done by hand sometimes by pushing down hard, sometimes you need to use a bead-breaker or a vice, then use tyre irons to lift the tyre half off the second half should lift off easily. This can be a struggle and can be helped by using a soapy solution to slide it off, heating it is a last resort and can be dangerous. When replacing a new tyre make sure that you get the direction right (there will be an arrow on the tyre showing the direction of movement).
