How do I remove a mole from my yard?

Question

The mole is in my yard & my neighbors.

Right along the fence line.

Are there any cheap & effective ways of ridding this monster? If not cheap then I'll take any other ideas.

I am not a mole-lover & not against killing it. And I have no way of telling if this is one mole or more than one.

I've poured Dcon down some of the tunnels I've found - will that work?

We used to have a lot of moles until we got a cat, then the moles would turn up on our doorstep (dead) as a gift from the cat.  Sounds cruel, but we don't have a mole problem anymore.

ditto what Lou said, get a cat

Pound a thin metal pipe into the ground. Put a whirligig in the pipe. As the whirligig spins it makes the pipe put vibrations into the ground and moles will move on.
