How do I remove a stripped self tapping s***w?

I am open to any suggestions. I have thought about drilling it but that is risky as I might not get all of the s***w of out and leave some in there. Also the hole is specially threaded so if i drill in there the thread might get ruined.

if you can get a pair of vice grips around the head you can turn and pull at the same time

if it has a hex head on top, use a pair of needle nose vicegrip pliars

you can hit the head at right angles with a flat bladed s***w driver on all sides, which should loosen it.

grind it off, or use a chisel and a good wack with a hammer should cut it off.

Go to your hardware store and purchase an "Easy out"

When you have it, use a drill bit (use the size called for by the proper sized "easy out", to drill a pilot hole into the center of the stripped s***w.

Then thread, counter clockwise into the pilot hold and keep turning it and the s***w will work it's way out. (take care to do this slowly as it is kind of easy to break the "easy out"
