  1. Hold your finger over the app until they begin to wiggle and tap the small "X" in the top right corner on the App. OR in iTunes remove the App from your "Applications" and Sync the iPhone.


  2. Press and hold your finger on top of the application's icon, and it'll start to wiggle. Then just tap the black circle with an X in it that's at the top-left of the application's icon.
