  1. Alcohol will dissolve the stain. Hairspray is alcohol based and will work. Just spray the stain and wash as usual. If it's a big stain, pour a little rubbing alcohol on the stain and either rub or use a small brush until the stain is pretty much dissolved, then wash as usual.

  3. Non-areosol hairspray works. Or you can try Goof Off.
