How do I remove frozen bath handle s***w?

I have a bath-shower faucet which is leaking. I removed the s***w cover on the handles. The philips screws were striped. I tried using a s***w extractor. The bit broke off in the s***w. Both handle screws are frozen.

You might have to heat it with a propane torch.

James you can drill out the broken s***w, and when you replace the s***w use small sheet metal s***w.
