How do I remove hairspray from glass???

I have hairspray on my glass shower doors..

I shampoo doesn't work try surgical spirit (rubbing alcohol in US).

Ammonia or acetone (that is in nail polish remover) work remarkably well.

Four words - Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.  It'll cut right through that stuff without much effort.

I agree with trying shampoo since shampoo removes hairspray from our hair.  Common sense?

Rubbing alcohol.  It cuts right through the hairspray residue.

Wash your glass shower doors with some shampoo and rinse well.  I think that any liquid cleaning agent should remove the spray.  It's not permanent after all.

try nail polish remover.. no use windex er some window cleaner.. ya
