How do I remove myself from groups I no longer like?

I keep getting hundreds of emails from hulksterhaven and i want out of that group

go to the settings and click on remove from group.

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check the small box - click save changes

Sign into your Yahoo Groups account, click "Edit Membership" (near the top, above the group name).  Then at the bottom of that page, you'll see an option "Leave Group".  Click that.
