How do I remove myself from real food group?

if you can log onto that group, click edit membership top middle of homepage- scroll down to bottom right and click Leave Group- next page confirm and click Leave-

there is links in mail to unsub from, but there has been a big delay in that change being reflected. if you can, unsub directly from the group

You can also send an e-mail to the group's unsubscribe address which will look something like this: [e-mail]
