How do I remove myself in MySpace from my friends updates or stop them from adding me to their updates?

I just don't want people knowing every single time I change, add, or delete something from my account like if I add a blog or change my profile song. Is it possible to remove myself if they already subscribed me as well?

On homepage under everyones updates it says edit | view all

Click edit .

Then it says Latest Updates, Preferences, My Subscriptions, Privacy Settings somewhere on the top .

Click Privacy Settings .

Then jss check/uncheck the boxes :)
