How do I remove sticky adhesive from my chest?

I've had a holter test, stress test, and EKG over a two day period. Now, my chest has adhesive from the tape and electrodes all over it, and no matter how much I scrub & pick, it's not coming off!!

What is the best way to remove the adhesive from my skin??

Try baby oil.
