How do I remove sulpher stains from a porcelain toilet?

Staining from high mineral content water.

We have a well at one of our work sites - you can get some really bad stains.

Try Lime-Away or CLR.  They are both acid based cleaners.  If you need something stronger, you can use muratic acid which is used to adjust pH in swimming pools.  It's readily available in Home Depot, Lowe's and swimming pool shops.  Be very careful with muratic acid, though.  It's a strong acid.
