How do I remove the -Microsoft Internet Explorer...

Hi there

I used to have Orange broadband in London wifi.
Then moved back to South Africa with my laptop, yet after uninstalling Orange, the blue line on top Still says that the internet is provided by Orange which is not true anymore,
It is stuffing up my email address, like Outlook Express and Incredimail these 2 email programs can only receive not send,
My main email address is a a yahoo.co.uk address for many years.

Please help me to sort it out?
