How do I remove the drivers door panel on my 98 Lincoln Town car?

Of course its all electric, but I'm just trying to find out where the screws and clips are located on the door.

AI helped my uncle remove the door panel on Her '98n Cartier and it was a pain.  there weret any screws but some plastic pegs came out near the bottor,  and with a lot of careful screwdriver prying we slipped our from the top piece which has a lip on it. I am not the body man an am sorry this is all I could help u with.
