  1. i think that is no one item.

only motor restictions, as in exhaust and carbie.

a small carbie will give better power and performance at lower revs.

somthing that a two stroke are not normaly any good at.

the more air and fuel into and out of the motor, the more go.

    torque- horsepower.

the diesel motor has torque, capable of moving large weight at low revs.

the two stroke horsepower. fast but only at high revs.

    trucks are not fast.

in drag racing one can find out the horse power. weight distance time.

drift racing is a goal of 400hp, which gives the abilty to spin wheels.

yet a truck 400hp pulls hugh weight, neither can do the oppisite.

    two stroke can.

tunning, but the more hp you seek the shorter the engine life.

the worlds largest motor is a two stroke, so is the smallest.

so do you want more torque, hill climming, or for moving weight more than what it was built for.

or just an insane child obsessed to go faster.

any way, use less oil in the fuel, or a race oil,100:1.

lean out the main jet in the carbie, if not adjustable some are removable for resizing, other wise i use a piece of copper wire out of the cable of the tv annetena through the jet.

and remove the baffle out of the exhaust, to make it louder.

my toy is a 32cc scooter, but the momment it has only a 28cc.

    i have played.

  2. It does not have a governor.
