How do I remove the rear speakers on my 2002 Nissan Altima?

I have Bose speakers for my altima and can't figure out how to remove the stock speakers. any suggestions instructions or websites would help.

  1. if you can, pull the back seats down and look at the carpeting in the rear of the car where the speakers are. There are possibly going to be plugs that you can just take out with a screwdriver, and then unscrew the speakers out and replace them. If you can't pull your rear seats down and the speakers are in the door, then go to google and figure out how to get the door panel off. Be careful so you don't ruin the door cover or weathering strips when taking off a panel. It's pretty hard the first time but you can get the hang of it in a couple tries. Good luck.


  2. have you look inside the trunk many just clip in place

  3. Look in the trunk at the under side of the speaker...You will see 4 plastic pop in style clips,you will need to squeeze these clips in with a pair of pliers,then push the covers upwards from the truck,then unscrew the speakers with a phillips screwdriver
