How do I remove the stickiness from price tags?

I collect barbies, and would love to know how to totally remove the price stickers from the boxes.

try rubbing the sticky area with a couple of ice cubes

Ammonia or Windex with ammonia will take away the stickiness. also fingernail polish remover will take it off.

rubbing alcohol,and a cotton swab if the front is plastic.

if the sticker is on a bit if cardboard, I don't know

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.  It'll work without damaging the boxes, I promise.

Tear off what you can, then use peanut butter. Rub it over the goo until it's gone. It doesn't leave a chemical smell behind either.
