How do I remove these sparkles from my wall?

In my room i have sparkles on my wall, literally! Seven years ago in my bedroom i painted my room pink then while it was still wet I threw this mini square sparkles all over my room. Now i want to remove them so I can paint my room a new color! Do you have any suggestionss on how to remove it?

Either scrape it off or sand it.  Then prime & paint.

You could put a layer of white primer or paint over the sparkles and the wall then paint it the desired color over the white.  That might be able to get you around all of the sanding.

sandpaper helps the best but wear a mask so you dont breathe in all the paint and things it may be harmful. you could also use a white base primer

sand the wall down by using a light sand paper then wash the wall down with TSP, prime and paint .
