It is in the system32 folder, either search through it manually and delete or do a search and delete the result in c:\windows\system32\firewallapi.dll, DO NOT DELETE THE ONE THAT IS IN C:\i386 THIS IS A BACKUP AND SHOULD BE KEPT IN CASE IT IS NEEDED LATER.
