How do I remove this stain?

My grandma's white cotton blouse was stained by a green towel, so it is green on some of the edges. Any ideas on how to get it out?

ok use stick oxcie clean and put soap all over the green marks put it in the laundry and wash it

maybe some clorox bleach or oxiclean

bleach?  or they make dye removal tablets you could try that they have them about anywhere.
