How do I remove tinted windows?

What is the best way to remove tinted windows, and how do I go about doing it? Are there any effective chemicals on the market? I've tried using a hairdryer and just peeling, but it seems inefficient.

go play baseball at Scandia while a car shop like firestone, midas, etc. removes your tinted windows!
