How do I rename my Ipod device once It is already named?

For example, rename "John Smith's Ipod" to "Dave Smith's Ipod"

In iTunes, double click on your iPod's name, rename, enter, voila.

if you have itunes, which I'm kind of assuming you do, you should be able to see the name appear in the left hand side of the screen. Click on it, so it's highlighted, then click on it again a like a second later. You should just be able to type in your name, because the box with the name will become white and you can type in it.
