You don't say where here is but I'm presuming it is not in South Africa, if so go to or contact the South African embassy, they can process legal documents such as passports.

you could go online ips and up it comes you can even track how long it will take or fill in the form two photos one signed goto post office have it fast tracked  extra £8 well worth it
