How do I reorder my groups?

I've been trying for months. I click on the group I want to move and try to drag it to the position I want it to be in and all it does is go to the bottom of the list.

It does take a little practice to get this drag-and-drop thing working correctly, but I've generally had few problems with it.  You are keeping the mouse button down as you drag a Group name to the position you want, right?  If so, and it still does what you reported, you may want to get creative and just go with what it gives you by first moving the Group you want at the top of the list to the bottom, then moving the Group you want second to the bottom, and so on until you move your last Group in this way.  Don't forget to click the Save Changes button towards the lower-right-hand corner after you've done all that.
