which plastic part of the car?  If you can remove the plastic part take it to the junkie and get a new one or to the auto parts store.

They make a plastic, vinyl and leather repair kit that does a pretty good job if your patient and read the directions. You should be able to find it at your local drug store or auto parts. It's one of those "as seen on TV" things.
