Question:

How do I repair a wool cardigan?

I caught my wool cardigan on my bracelet and now there is a visible line in the knit of the wool (where the thread which was caught on the bracelet has tightened the knit) and there is a visible loose loop of thread which is still attached to the cardigan. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  1. I don't think there is a way to fix a knit garment. I'm sorry hun, maybe if you cut the thread up where it is bunching and try to flatten the bunch out and snip the loose thread. (I'm sorry it is hard to judge without knowing for sure what your dealing with) I hope you are able to repair it because it sounds like you really like this cardigan, good luck!
