How do I repair and change from exterior wood window sill to a cement window sill?

that could be tricky, sometimes the bottom sill is part of the window frame or screwed together from underneath the sill and also it might be bedded in with mortar so i would go very gingerly if i was you or you could end up damaging the rest of the window or the course of bricks its sat on so good luck.

The wood sill is part of the window, thus you cannot just pull it out. Dig out all the bad,decayed wood and repair with an epoxy resin type wood filler/restorer.

Fill voids in several layers, allowing each to dry and cure totally. Follow directions on product.

On your final layer be sure to smooth it out as good as you can- it is sandable,however it does not sand real easily.
