How do I replace my avatar with a photo that i have on y360?

I nedd step by step instructions. Not even sure how to use yahoo 360 or flicker

first of all you need to set up a 360 page then click on my 360profile                                                                                         then click on my page                                                                                                 then click on edit personal photos                                                                                               click on browse                                                                                              click on pictures                                                                                             click on the picture you want                                                                                                  click on open                                                                                                  click on save                                                                                                  click back on edit personal photos                                                                                               click on set as primary                                                                                             click on save                                                                                                  go back to my profile on questions click on edit my info                                                                                                    then click on use my yahoo 360 picture scroll down click on preview then click on ok then wait any problems email me
