How do I replace my profile photo?

Now that yahoo has moved my photos to flickr, I can't replace my regular yahoo profile (not 360) photo with a new one. I just get a useless error message telling me that my account is locked since my photos were moved to flicker, even when I try to just upload a new photo from my computer.
