How do I replace the bulb in a spotlight in the ceiling without really spoiling the ceiling?

I tried twisting it but it still didn't come out. There is not much space to grab it either.

push it in and it should pop out and you can twist it out of the socket..they are tricky..but that works on ours...lol we laughed we just moved here and couldnt figure it out..its kinda funny

the decor rim around the light is spring held and will slide down, then you can unscrew the  blub
