How do I replace the highest vinyl siding under the roof (^)?

Question

I know how to replace vinyl siding, but there is a small piece under the (^) shaped roof and I don't know where to nail it.

If you have a video explaining that, it would be nice.

i assume u mean the last piece in the gable? the "A"....when u cut the last piece most often u have cut the nailing fin off ....we use liquid nails and put it in the track and on the top of the piece and push it in to the J-channel .....
