Question:

How do I report a Merchant who hasn't shipped my order,refuses to ans. E-Mails,phone calls, etc. etc.?

I ordered merchandise from Nexfan.com who is hosted by Yahoo Stores and its been 46 days and items not recv'd yet. Seller won't answer E-mails (4), Phone calls (Numerous) Seller has been posting "lame" excuses on his Site for quite awhile now. I'd like to see this seller taken off the Internet for these violations and Yahoo stores stop hosting this Store. Personally I'd like to file fraud and theft charges against this Individual and stop him from stealing fron other people.

  1. Report it to the Better Business Bureau.Gather all the info you can to report it.
