How do I report a car for repo in los angeles?

I kno someone who is hiding a land rover from the creditor. This person is behind over 4 mos of payments. How do I go about getting the car repoed?

Why do you need to get involved?  Do you have aproblem with this person?  Deal with it face to face not by playing games.
