How do I report a suspected Visitor VISA violation?

I know a person who is here in the USA on a visitors visa. I have proof that he is working in the US in clear contravention of his Visitor Visa and without a green card which he was refused.

Contact your local INS office and ask to speak with an ICE officer. (Immigration Compliance Enforcement)

In reality there not may be any action taken, but at least your can clear your conscience.
