Question:

How do I report a system error in Yahoo 360?

When I initially try to import my contacts from Yahoo Address Book, it says "Won't Accept Invite" for ALL contacts. I think this is a glitch in the Yahoo system, or else it could be that the message is recognized as spam, yet many e-mail programs, like gmail, accept the e-mail and put it in a spam folder.

  1. Yes it is a glitch

Yahoo is been experiencing many glitches lately in many of their services, since they are changing their servers to their new upcoming Universal profile some time in the Mid-end of this year.

All you can do for now is keep trying, some times persistence pays off.

    Good luck to you

  2. Unless you absolutely know for sure that at least one of your contacts has activated a 360 page (they actually have to go through the process, it's not automatic like other Yahoo services) AND have invitations enabled for "Everyone in 360" or a category that includes you, then it may not be a glitch. Plus, the invitation only applies to people with Yahoo addresses.

So, if the above isn't the case, then you will get the "not accepting invites at this time" message for all those contacts. I would not chalk it up to a 360 glitch without checking all that out.

NOTE: The Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.
