How do I report an abuse case in anonymity?

My girlfriend has a stepdad. This guy has, on many occasions, verbally abused my girlfriend to the point of bawling her eyes out with little to no provocation. Basically, is there anything I can do without her stepdad realizing that I had done anything? Or, how would I go about reporting something like this, and, is it feasible?

You can try, when you call CPS simply do not give them your name.  They will investigate, but they may not find anything.  I would like to point out that the will not be able to legally say that there is emotional abuse going on unless a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist makes that finding.  I hope everything works out.  I know what her situation feels like.  Unfortunately, all I could do was grow up, go to college and move out.
