How do I report an illegal immigrant to I.C.E?

when there's no way of telling just by looking at a person that they are illegally in the US. They say to report suspicious activity, but I see that going on at the local library, so is the guy with the shifty eyes an illegal? How do you know when to report?

You can report suspicion but the chances of ICE coming after one guy are very slim. They have bigger fish to fry and go after than the one guy who you "think" may be illegally here.

Some people are ignorant and they think they can tell somebody's legal status by just "looking" at them. They can't tell who is illegal and who is not illegal.

I don't think reporting an illegal immigrant is difficult. The hard part is to know (without discrimination, racism, abuse, intolerance, etc.) who is an illegal immigrant. Most Americans think brown-color Mexicans in the US are illegal, and it's not necessarily the case. It is a race issue whether people agree with it or not., because I can guarantee you that if we had 5 million young Swedish girls illegally in the country, there would be no problem and no one would be complaining.
