Do you and your contractor have a hostile relationship now? if not, try to explain you are not happy with the work. Failing that , Costco management. You may need to go to regional headquarters to speak to someone who can really get things done. Then there is the State licensing board. You can file a complaint, and the Will usually sent someone out to check it out. Take a LOT of pictures so they can't say damage was done AFTER the installation.
