How do I request a duplicate of my certificate of title for my waverunner in Louisiana?

We used to live in Florida. We received the certificate of title from Florida when waverunner was paid off. We had it registered for 1 year with Florida until we moved to Louisiana and the waverunner sat in storage for 3 years. Now I am trying to get the waverunners registered here in Louisiana. I went through the process of the Annex department and the sheriffs office to register it. Through that process I have lost the certificate of title. How do I request a duplicate? Do I need one? How will I sell the waverunner in the future without the title?

what you have to do is get  a copy of the title from florida... Now... becasue lost the origional.... go the  Myflorida.com

check up on requesting a copy.

you may have to come down to florida to do this  to get a copy.   then register it in Lousianna.
