We are going through a divorce, and he refuses to cop-orate, is there a legal way to obtain this information, even if I have to purchase it?

  1. When someone puts a freeze on their credit report no one can view it until the person removes the freeze period.

  2. In your case the only thing you can do is get the courts to either obtain it or require that he provide it to the court.   If you have an attorney this should have been almost automatic by them to request it.  If you don't have an attorney then you will need to see what is required to request this.

If you get a court order he can't refuse to give it.  If he does it would be a violation of a court order and he could end up in jail.  But if you obtain the report any other way without his approval he could come after you.
