How do I research arrest records?

A perfect cousin (sic) was arrested for stealing coin boxes from car washes. He did this in Utah and Nevada. How do I research his arrest record.

    You might be able to write/call the city/state jurisdiction and request his arrest record for a fee.  If he served time for his crimes, you might be able to access something online -- "Utah offenders..."

    I live in Indianapolis, IN, and have rental property.  I have never been able to research a tenant's arrest record before renting a house to that person. (Privacy $hit!)  But, let him break the law AFTER he moved into the unit, and the police are all over me to help them track him down and help them catch him.

    I just tell them that I'll help them as much as they helped me!  "Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander!"
