How do I research the history of a house that the city has forgotten?

I lived in a house on 112 W. Grand, in Corona California when I was eight, and nine. The house always fascinated me, but there is nothing in archives. Is there a place that has a master collection of historical data?

  1. city hall should have some information about the house.  I would also look into whether the street was ever named something else, and if that has always been the address.  another great source would be the local newspaper.  if anything crazy ever happened in the area, it would be there, even if it is a small newspaper.  another really great source, if you still live in the area, would be to talk to the older citizens who live on the block.
