How do I reserve a seat on the bus from Shepherd's Bush to Oxford University?

I need to get to Oxford Uni. next week for an open day, but I can't find how to reserve a seat on a bus, I am told, goes straight there...seems cheaper than the train so I really want to go on it if possible! Thanks

There's the Oxford Express bus, this is the link to the site.  It appears to have several stops in London but not specifically Shepherd's Bush, with this one it looks like you just buy from the driver:

Mega Bus leaves from Victoria as well, you can buy your ticket online with this one:
