How do I reset auto-responder?

I've allready done the Help form twice and still am unable to send to my groups....and regarding previous answers to similar questions, there is no drop down on number 4 to select the auto-responder problem. What do I do?

The link to Yahoo Help and the instructions that you used have been replaced by Yahoo.  Go to: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

Complete all information.  On Item #7, use the down arrow and select "Other".  In Item #8, type in "How do I reset my autoresponder status".

When all information is completed, make sure to click "Send" at the very bottom of page.

Yahoo Staff will then reset your autoresponder status.
