How do I reset my bouncing without copying and pasting?

I am bouncing but I do not know how to copy and paste the field as they say you can do. Thanks for your help please!

  1. go to http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups and sign in .

    at the top you will see "You have a bouncing email address"

    click on "Go to My Email Preferences " and click on Unbounce


  2. You don't need to copy and past to bounce. Just bounce.
